YaHei">2026年4月14日18时许，张溪水厂员工程元方在黄湓河张溪段堤坝附近散步时，发现距岸边数十米的水面上有一漂浮物随水流动，疑似有人落水。程元方迅速翻越防洪墙跑到水边，确认一名女孩在水中挣扎，仅鼻尖和脚趾露出水面，情况十分危急。她立即大声呼救，见堤坝上多为老年人无力施救，随即拨通厂长宋冬明电话，紧急报告落水位置并请求支援。</span></p><p style=";text-indent:1.5em;line-height:1.5em;font-size:17px;-webkit-background-clip:initial"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei">厂长宋冬明接到电话后，立即带领员工郭家红骑电动车赶赴现场。车未停稳，郭家红便翻越防洪墙，穿过荆棘丛直奔河边，来不及脱衣就纵身跳入水中，奋力向落水者游去。落水点离岸较远，最深处水深超过4米。郭家红游到落水女孩身边时已体力消耗巨大，但他紧紧抓住女孩的手臂，拼尽全力向岸边回游。湿透的衣物愈发沉重，每前进一米都十分艰难。快接近岸边时，郭家红体力明显不支，宋冬明见状立刻拿起救生圈下水接应。经过五六分钟的紧张救援，宋冬明与郭家红合力将落水者救上岸。上岸后，郭家红因体力透支累倒在草丛中，浑身湿冷。三人见被救女孩已由120送医，稍事休息后便一同默默离去。落水者经及时送医救治，身体无大碍。</span></p><p
