normal">当前正值春季，是罂粟、大麻等毒品原植物播种、出苗的关键时节。为进一步加强全县禁种铲毒工作，及时发现和铲除非法种植罂粟、大麻等毒品原植物，确保实现“零种植”“零产量”目标，根据《中华人民共和国刑法》《中华人民共和国禁毒法》《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》等法律法规，东至县公安局特向全县人民倡议如下：</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: normal">一、严禁任何单位和个人非法种植罂粟、大麻等毒品原植物；严禁非法买卖、运输、携带、持有未经灭活的毒品原植物种子或幼苗；严禁非法运输、买卖、存储、使用罂粟壳；严禁任何餐饮服务、食品生产经营单位或个人在食品、食品添加剂中掺入罂粟壳、罂粟籽、罂粟苗及其非法制品，或其他任何含有毒品成分的物质。 </span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px"><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: normal">二、主动排查自家房前屋后、田间地头、山林荒地等区域，一旦发现非法种植毒品原植物的行为，立即向公安机关举报，坚决做到“发现一株、铲除一株”。不听信“偏方治病”“调味增香”等谣言，不心存侥幸、不以身试法，自觉守护法律底线与家庭平安。 </span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: normal">三、凡主动铲除毒品原植物或主动上交非法持有的毒品原植物种子、幼苗以及罂粟壳的，可以依法从轻、减轻或者免于处罚；对抗拒执法、包庇纵容的，从严惩处。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px"><span leaf="" style="font-size:
