leaf="">根据《安徽省基干民兵优待和权益保障办法（试行）》相关规定，为基干民兵发放《基干民兵证》，基干民兵和编兵单位可在《办法》规定范围内享受优先服务、荣誉礼遇、优惠优待等政策。具有专业技术特长且军事训练成绩优秀人员可聘请为民兵教练员，根据组训情况发放教练员补助。加入民兵组织的优秀退役军人，经考核认证后，优先抽调参加辖区学生军训和役前教育工作并根据相关文件规定发放相应补助。</span></p></section></section><section
