margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 微软雅黑, 宋体, tahoma, Verdana, arial, sans-serif;">四、<span style="color:#2d21d9;"><strong>专项治理方式</strong></span>：对以上范围内堆放的废旧杂物、遗弃物2月9日前未自行清理的，一律视为废弃物，我局将组织环卫人员集中收集。对以上范围内乱停乱放的非机动车辆，组织城管执法人员拖至我局院内集中存放，非机动车所有人持个人有效证件和证明材料到我局接受处罚后取回。</p><p style="text-align:justify;box-sizing: border-box;
