background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">3.因生产、生活保障需要，确需进入上述禁行路段的大型货运车辆（黄牌），可通过线上、线下办理通行码（证），按照公安交管部门指定时间、线路通行；通过“交管12123”APP线上办理通行码要提前1个工作日申领；线下可就近到东至县公安局交通管理大队线下办理点（东至县公安局东流派出所、东至县公安局香隅派出所、东至县公安局交通管理大队一中队）办理通行证，即办即走。<p align="" setedaria="true" tabindex="0" style="box-sizing: border-box;
